Founded in 2021, How We All Win seeks to support Florida’s Democrats and affiliated organizations in our common cause so that we all have the freedom to be healthy, prosperous, and safe.
Across Florida there are hundreds of non-profits, civic organizations, PACs, elected officials, community leaders, ally groups, and candidates working to make our state a freer, more welcoming place. Alongside them are millions of voters and residents who want to see this work become a reality.
How We All Win is working to build enduring relationships of trust and cooperation by focusing on our connections to each other. Emphasizing the practice of relational organizing, we fight for our freedoms; to protect people and families of every creed, color, class, and composition; and to establish an inclusive future we can be proud of.
Florida is a community of diverse groups and individuals who all share a common bond: we all want the freedom to be ourselves. By creating a welcoming space with a place for every resident and every stakeholder, we’ll be able to build a civic and political ecosystem that has space for all.

Meet Leader Driskell
House Democratic Leader Fentrice Driskell is a Tampa Bay native, leader in her community, and a champion for a brighter future for all Floridians.
Raised in Polk County, Leader Driskell watched her parents, a teacher and a warehouse dispatcher, work passionately to earn the means to provide for their family. Knowing how hard her parents, and other Floridians, have worked to put food on the table and keep the bills paid is what motivates her to make Florida the best place in America to live and work. And she believes that America is exceptional, not because we are perfect, but because we’re always striving to build something better.
Leader Driskell believes in the importance of standing up for our communities and working people. It is why implementing policies that give people the meaningful chance to flourish is at the center of How We All Win’s mission. We all deserve the freedom to be healthy, prosperous, and safe.
